April 2016 - on property vs. private villa

I found so much helpful info here when we planned our holiday in 2011, so I'm excited to be back here planning for 2016

We are looking at 2 weeks from April 4th 2016. Last time we stayed in a private villa and loved having a base away from Disney. We are going with our three kids (10,7&5) and my mum. I'm undecided this time due to new FP systems.

There are three things we really want to do while there
1 FP for Anna & Elsa
2 adr early breakfast at Tusker house (8/8:15)
3 adr for cinderellas castle (not too fussed but maybe breakfast or lunch for cost)

The weeks we're going are classes as low & low-plus at the moment.

Do you think that's obtainable if staying off property and not getting adr's at 180+10 and fast passes at 60 days out?

Should also put that some other plus points to staying on property are free dining and magic band (I love gadgets)

I am DVC because I love staying on property so I will always tell anyone asking that staying on site is better, not cheaper but better. Free dining isn't really "free" as the rooms are not discounted during free dining. Magic bands are wonderful. Love them and they make things very convenient not having to carry a key card or CC's in the parks.
If you plan correctly, and are very quick with the key board, you should be able to score you dining 180 + 10 and fast pass. I would always, always have alternate plans on dining and FP though just in case. Even those of us who are quick do not always get our first choice.
Staying on property does also get you extra magic hours so you can take advantage of early mornings, late nights and fairly easy transportation around the world.
