Can anyone offer guidance on the best airfare you have been able to secure to WDW in April, either from Newark, LaGuardia, JFK, Philly or Atlantic City? My sister just canceled her trip to the world in November and I am hoping to convince DH to let DD3 and I do a quick trip with sister and nephew in April but we would have to go as budget as possible. We are DVC members which would cover the lodging, but I am concerned about airfare. Any tips or suggestions?

jerseygirl82,
Hi! I'm originally from NJ, been living in Calilfornia for 13 yrs. now. We are planning on visiting DW in April 2014 too and are also DVC members. I believe living in NJ and flying to MCO are more options (airlines) and airports. Our family are still in NJ and when they go to DW it's usually on AA or United and they never seem to pay more than $300. Sometimes they get deals in the mid $100's. I'm always trolling airfare when I have a trip coming up, like now. I've scored by checking at midnight. EX: United is based out of Chicago so for me I check 10 p.m. PST on the computer (still Tuesday night for me) but Wednesday for them. Wed. is supposed to be the best day to get tickets. Also flying on a Tuesday. I did it for a flight to Hawaii from here and it cost $331.
