April 2009 ADR Wanted/Trade/Exchange/Cancelled

I have Le Cellier booked on 4/29 at 6:30pm - I would like to trade for Le Cellier earlier that evening...maybe 5:30pm.

I'd also be willing to trade my 4/27 7pm at Italy for Le Cellier, or my 5/1 7:50pm at Coral Reef for Le Cellier.

All of my reservations are for a party of 2. Can anyone help?

I know this has probably been asked (several) times before BUT I am asking again so I can avoid searching through the endless pages of this thread

Here is my situation: I have found a reservation that I have been hoping and wishing for (yay!) and now it's time for the person who currently has the reservation to hand it over to me.

What are the steps to take in order for my name to be on that reservation? Does the person who currently has that reservation call and change the name or do they call and cancel the reservation and I call right away?

call and change the information to your name/contact number. I usually just tell them that We're with a larger group and someone else in the party is actually using that ADR and give them the new info.

If the other person doesn't need to make another ADR for that time and it doesn't have a CC guarantee, you can just get the conformation number and check in under their name. That's what I did when we decided to do T-rex one night. Since we weren't going to need another ADR through Disney Dining, I just gave my CM confirmation number to the person who would be using it and told them my last name.
