April 2008 TR

Subscribing!

I did the CP 18 years ago and had the time of my life. Your brother is right though- not much money to be made doing the CP....

Wow!! I am so fearful for the first week of august, wish me lots of pixie dust for a RELAXING time!

yay emma! Thanks for the double update! I have lurked on your TR's and really enjoyed them! Hope you have been able to catch up on all your school work! :)

Wow! That Cinnamon Roll looked wonderful! I will for sure be draggin' DH in the Bakery for that baby!

Sorry the lines at the CS were so long...Can't wait for the next update!:cutie:

Just got caught up! :thumbsup2

Love the cinnamon roll. One more thing to "do" for the next trip:)

Your CR pics now make me want to change ressies over to CR. :upsidedow Don't make me do that :rotfl: ....I really want that fabulous theme park view though! :rolleyes1 But after dragging my commandos all over WDW last October, I think they deserve a laid-back, sleep-in, chill-out vacay this time (ergo OKW)

Can't wait for the next installment...

Also wanted to say I had a cinammon roll during spring break! funny story....Even as a DISer I always thought the main street bakery was the confectionary and i was always like "uhh wahts the big deal!?" shhhh!!! dont tell anyone they may strip me of my lime green!

Anyway, it was so good!! On the bus ride back to POP that night EVERYONE was commenting on how good it smelled!

Hey!
I've been a lurker for all your reports and finally decided to post something! I love your reports, they're so entertaining and make me want to go back so so much!
That cinamon bun looked amazing, I will HAVE to get one of those when I go in 2 months!
Keep the good stuff coming! :) :thumbsup2

I've never had a cinnamon roll from the Bakery before, but those pictures make me want to get one next time I go!

The crowds were bad when we went, too. There was almost a 2 hour wait for Splash Mountain around 6 PM. Thank goodness I saw someone I knew and he got us on the ride right away!

As always, great chapter! How's school going? Almost done? I have 1 more week and a week of finals. Can't wait!!

It's wonderful to see your new TR here. I've just finished Christamae's TR, for her most excellent advice for MD/Vent people, and next up were re-reads of your first two TRs, for the fantastic writing, and for experienced Disney (and ADR) advice. Husband and caregiver will certainly whine if they don't like the food, but will not give ten seconds of thought as to where to go.
Any do-not-miss restaurants for you and your family? Dinner shows? I get all my nutrition via IV, so we want to plan lots of shows, to cut the boredom-while-they-eat factor.
I also remember your extremely detailed descriptions of transport around WDW and of how to use fastpass to best effect. Man, that didn't even EXIST when I was there last.
So your TRs are learning material for the long-unDisnified. And great fun, as always. Post between finals prep, and good luck.

I loved the pics of the cinnamon roll, wow! Your description and pics of how ME works was really helpful, I've always wondered just how that went. Although, we always rent a car.
Can't wait to read more!

Wowza that Cinnamon roll looked amazing..
I suppose that's another thing to add to my already huge list of snacks to try while we're there! Loved your pics of inside the Contemporary, it's a dream of mine to stay there one day.. Sorry ya hit the huge crowds, but I'm sure you enjoyed yourself anyways! :flower3:

Okay, so... I just read the whole thing till now :)

Great report so far:thumbsup2

I can't wait for the rest!!! :yay:
