I got a letter from DCL in the mail yesterday, saying that some Spa reservations booked online may have been canceled by accident, and that I should visit the website and re-book if necessary.
I did, and my reservation was still there OK. Did everyone receive this letter?
I received it too! I was aware of this several weeks back (can't remember if my TA emailed me or someone posted it here on DIS), checked my spa ressies at that time, and they were all OK.
I rechecked after I got the letter yesterday and they are all still there so I think it's safe to say that whatever glitch they had didn't effect me.
