April 18 evening Disneyland closure?

I've read that that day-ticket guests are expected to leave the park by 8 p.m. Is that expected to be the case here?

Warning: Some ADRs for 4-19 dropped at 0300 Pacific again today (2-18), but not for Blue Bayou.
Snagged a parade package and Cafe Orleans at 3:05.

I just got a 4:30 for Trader Sam’s and 8pm for Oga’s.
We really want that Blue Bayou. I wonder what’s going on with the weird drop times?

I just got one for the 19th! They are randomly dropping for that week now!

I got the 19th at 7:30. They're going fast! Just a few times left on the 19th.
I’m so glad you got one! What a weird drop time. I’m thankful I signed up for alerts. Also thankful I don’t have to get up at 3am again!

Finally I can cross all the ADRs off the list. I also thought they were dropping at 6 am only to find when I tried to get Trader Sam’s on the 13th, all the prime evening times were gone before 6 am. Checked the next day at 3:30 am to find them all available. Have been booking at 3 am for the last week, except BB of course. Checked at the right time and caught the exact BB reso I had been hoping for. Has been a stressful week, wish they wouldn’t do this to us!

Wondering…
Do you have to book day by day, or can you book for your whole trip at 60 days if you are staying on site?

Did anything drop early last night? I've got Trader Sam's on the list Monday for April 21.

3 am again for me last night (this morning). Although oddly enough I tried to book TS for 5 and it said there was nothing available for a party of that size, switched to 4 and everything opened up.

I've been told that 4 is the max at TS.
I'll be looking at concurrent April 21 reservations tomorrow for four and two.

Ahhhh good to know. Our 5th is under 2 and in a high chair so I’m hoping it will be ok. I’ve heard you don’t need to reserve for them if they aren’t technically ordering, but I like to add them if possible as a courtesy.

Not only for courtesy, but also for safety. Add all members of your party, even infants and little ones in high chairs. The restaurant needs an accurate head count in case of emergency evacuation.
