This is my first Disney cruise and our honeymoon. Our actual wedding date is Feb 14 but since I am a teacher I have to wait until school breaks for my vacations. I am REALLY looking forward to this cruise. I have heard so many good things about fellow cruises on the Disney ships. I hope we to get to know lots of new people!

We are doing the Land & Sea cruise with this trip. I am also looking forward to it. My family of 4 have cruised before with Disney and love it. Can't wait to go again!

We're also doing the land sea package. My wife and I did a 4 night cruise on the Magic in April of 1997. We thought the ship and the itenerary were absolutely great. My wife managed her family's travel agency at the time, and the cruise was a promotional trip, and unfortionately, we wern't able to bring our 2 yr. old daughter. Our daughter will be 14 and is extatic about the trip.

Unfortionately, she won't have a friend with her. and is a little concerned about having to hang with the parents, especially when she's not going to be able to text her friends for 3 whole nights.

I will be there with my 9 year old daughter. We will be staying in Disney World before the cruise at the Boardwald Villas for 6 nights! This will be our second Mother/Daughter cruise. We went for Spring Break 2007 and we are hooked! I will be surprising my daughter when we leave Disney World and go to the "airport" and she will think that our trip is over, but we will be heading for Port Canveral instead! I can't wait to see the look on her face! Hope to see you all there. :cool1:

I really want to get a countdown. We will be staying in Riverside with my 13yr daughter and 9 yr daughter. It seems far away and I am ready to go now.:) I am so looking forward to the trip.

Just found out some amazing news. As I stated in the origional post this will be out honeymoon. We are staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort. Our very first date was out to see Pirates of the Caribbean II. I just heard form my Dreams travel agent she got us one of the Pirates room there. This is going to be a huge suprise. I also just booked a suprise lunch with an imagineer for our last day in the parks. Wish it was time for the trip already!

That is fantastic! I wonder if you can see pictures of the rooms online yet

Hello all! I have booked mine and my family's very first cruise ever with Disney during this week and am so excited. THe kids sail free offer was the deal that convinced me to give a short 3 day cruise a chance. I will be traveling with my family of four, my bro and his wife and their 3 kids, and my parents are coming along too. Hope to meet some of my fellow Diser's on the boat!

Disney Wonder here we come!!!! Heading there for Spring Break 4/15-4/20!!! (arriving one day early to go to WDW and staying one extra night to go to either WDW or Universal).

Sooo EXCITED---going to surprise DS on his bday in March. 1st going to tell him we're taking a one nighter to WDW then will spring the best friends are coming along w/us at the last minute----then we'll surprise them all w/ the cruise! Then, at the end of the cruise, we'll spirng the last day on them!!! I am so psyched!:goodvibes

We'll be sailing on the Wonder 4/16-4/19 with our daughters (4 and 3). We're so excited. The girls can't quite believe that Mickey and the princesses will actually be on the boat with us. They are also very impressed that there is a boat big enough to have a pool *and* a restaurant.
We'll be in Orlando for 2 nights before and 2 nights after our cruise, relaxing at the beach.
We can't wait!!

It may be very cold today but I was able to access my reservation as a Castaway Cay member and checkin online!:cheer2: May it be warmer where you are!

So I *just* booked my first cruise! Mom and I will be there!!! Hoping to meet some of you while on the boat!

WOW! 3 1/2 weeks out (4 weeks from the cruise) and we got our cruise documents already! I guess it's getting close.

It's getting closer! We are so excited!! I haven't received my cruise docs yet, but I already received my DisneyWorld documents! Only 21 more days until we head out. Hope to meet you all there!

I finally got my cruise documents too. I am so excited! It is finally under a month!:goodvibes

I am getting soooo excited! I have already filled out the on-line paperwork and printed it out so that loading will be a breeze. I am now looking into ressies for a hotel the night before. There are some great recc. on the boards so I will begin a more serious hunt to get one booked. Any of you guys have suggestions for one??:goodvibes

We'll be on the Wonder from 4/16-4/19 - our first cruise! Bringing 2 older kids DS9 and DS14 - any other older kids planning to be on board?

Hi everyone,

Myself, my DH, DS4, and DS 8 will be on the Wonder too, on the 16th . This will be our first Disney cruise we are very excited , we have heard such great things about DCL. We are spending 3 days in Orlando doing the parks before the cruise and also the week after the cruise.
Does anyone else have children that will be cruising with us, it would be great to know some folks before we sail.
I recieved our cabin assignment already, and doc's I still need to complete the online checkin though.
I have been working on pirate stuff for the pirate pirate: party. I think this takes place the last night of the cruise.
Well hope to hear from some of you soon! TaTa for now.
