I'm ready to PACK!!!

I started packing yesterday. But in my defense , most of our luggage & the stuff we store in it that we only use at wdw was still over at our old house, so I have to disinfect all of it as I bring it in this house. Technically it was already packed, I just re-packed it after cleaning it. I'm sure I'll start really packing as soon as I get all of that done though.

I'm always in perpetual packing mode. We've been to WDW so often I have a box that I keep stuff in that's always ready to go. Need to add clothing and stuff though. I'm sure I'll start packing this weekend a little bit too.

Just for fun I counted all of the different people who have contributed to this thread and said that they will be on this cruise. There are 23 of us so far!

What got me started on it was that I noticed so many from Illinois, where I am from--so then I checked out how where were are all from. Here's the breakdown:

Looks like Massachusetts and Illinois are well represented!

I'm sure I have something better to do with my time on a Friday evening--but thought I'd share.

Lol I'm so glad I'm not the only one who has a "Disney vacation box" lol. That's cool about all of the states. I just can't believe there aren't more of us Floridians lol.

Had DH and DD trying on clothes this morning in prep for the cruise. Figuring what still fits, what to wear on dress up night, etc.

Don't forget to bring something to wear for Pirate Night! My DD and I wear black shirts with a rhinestone "Jolly Roger" on the front. I made them a couple of years ago--bought the iron on rhinestone transfer at Michaels and just ironed them on the shirts. I think this is will be the 3rd cruise that my DD is wearing the same shirt. Glad I bought the shirt BIG for that first cruise! I can't believe it still fits! Here we are with Captain Jack on the Dream in spring 2011!!

Don't forget to bring something to wear for Pirate Night! My DD and I wear black shirts with a rhinestone "Jolly Roger" on the front. I made them a couple of years ago--bought the iron on rhinestone transfer at Michaels and just ironed them on the shirts.

That Is an awesome idea! I've been trying to figure out what we were going to do for that night! I thought about doing bandanas and a black shirt, but didn't think about the iron ons!

Here's a pic of all of us on pirate night in front of one of their "fake backgrounds". Just go to a party store, buy some pirate birthday party eye patches and earrings, wear a black t-shirt and a bandana and you're good! Disney has handed out bandanas on past cruises--then I heard it stopped for awhile--but I think it was back on again. Just to be sure--bring your own.

whamma - The pirate shirts look great. I love your DD's Crocs with all the Jibbitz. I have Crocs full of Jibbitz too.

Hi Angel! So glad that your "wish" came true and you are going on this cruise.

My DD loves Crocs. In the summer she lives in them.

Omg...that is too funny...you sound just like me...we don't even put away the luggage...it stays in our "disney room" yes, we have a bedroom that is decorated as the original mickey..sorry got off track... We keep the luggage pretty stocked for our disney trips and this cruise is no different. We would love to participate in the fish exchange if its still a go. Two 50+ kids at heart!

My DD loves Crocs. In the summer she lives in them.

We have the lined ones too, so we live in them year round. Great pictures.

We just booked this cruise at the last minute and are super excited! Is it too late to participate in the fish extender? It sounds like fun. Our 2.5 year old would love it!
