Thanks everyone for all the help! Anyone have suggestions to update the FAQ/updates on the first post let me know.
Is an ESPN employee considered a cast member? That’s who gave them to us.Are they comp tickets from a cast member?
App sends me to the website. App shows my first reservation, but the link for more information also sends me to the website. So my tickets were only showing up in the app and not the website. When I tried to make reservations it kept telling me to link tickets. Thank God for people here posting to use the app instead. I was able to get in and make them that way without issue.
I tried to link one of my old comps -- they don't have all of them updated and prior unlinked won't add -- CM yesterday tried everything and said to chat back laterI have comp tix and it’s saying they are ineligible. Do you know why?
Nope. Have VGC - no offer to make anythinganyone know if they are allowing people with DVC reservations (but no tickets) make theme park reservations? can someone confirm?
Ah, I got excited because the wording on the page saysNope. Have VGC - no offer to make anything
Two questions for you.Got my reservation for late June in hopes the tier system is lifted on the 15th! (out of state resident)
Yes! Others have mentioned that you need to use the app to book your reservation. Hope that helps. It says my tickets are already linked to another account. Is that because I have them on my app?
On the app. It has its own sectionWhere can you see your reservations? I only see one day on the app. We reserved two days
On the Home Screen? I only see our first dayOn the app. It has its own section

Thank you! Saves me time on hold!I believe so. You won’t be able to make a reservation using a comp ticket until the 20th. I saw a post about this on GothicRosie’s IG page a few days ago.
After you select your day, this verbiage appears below the summary of your pending reservation for anyone that is interested:
Know Before You Go
- We have taken enhanced health and safety measures, including requiring temperature screenings and face coverings. Guests are reminded to practice social distancing, not touch their face, frequently wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and use hand sanitizer. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. View important details and what you need to know before visiting Disneyland Resort. At this time, only California residents may visit the parks, and party size is limited to no more than 3 households, per current state guidelines. Proof of residency may be required. Park reservations may be made for up to 10 tickets at a time.
- As a result of the impact of COVID-19 on park operations, FastPass and Disney MaxPass services cannot be offered for the time being. Magic Morning and Extra Magic Hour will also be unavailable. We will share future updates on these services at a later date. Certain attractions, restaurants, experiences, services and offerings will be modified or unavailable, will be limited in capacity and will be subject to limited availability or even closure. Offerings are not guaranteed. Find out more about limitations on experiences and offering, enhanced health and safety measures and what you need to know before visiting Disneyland Resort.
- You will receive an email with a QR code for each person in your theme park reservation party. Please bring the QR code(s) and associated ticket or Annual Passport with you to enter the park, as both are required for entry. Guests must use the same ticket for park entry that was used to make the associated theme park reservation. Theme park reservations are void if transferred or sold and have no cash value. Unused theme park reservations expire at the end of the day, are forfeited and will not be replaced. In the event that duplicate theme park reservation QR codes are presented, Disney may refuse entry. Disney reserves the right to reschedule or cancel theme park reservations at any time without liability. A theme park reservation does not guarantee park admission or access to any experience, attraction, offering or dining location.
- Disney reserves the right to require a Guest to leave if they are (i) not properly wearing an approved face covering, (ii) using profanity or offensive language towards our Cast Members or other Guests and/or (iii) violating any other Park Rules.
