Oh, yea....how about that? I'm looking for flights now, and not seeing much of anything I like out of here (CLE). What did you get if you don't mind sharing? I'm seeing lots of long travel days (16-18hrs) at around 1k per person, actually thinking of flying out of Madrid so we can take the high speed train from BCN.

Well here we are on page 5.

Working today but will leave early if we're not too crazy. Then I guess it's time to pack. Fortunately I live alone--so house can stay messy if necessary. Off to airport tomorrow morning.

Getting really excited and my blood pressure has reflected that the past couple of days. But stepping on board will probably take care of that.

Everybody already in Orlando area--enjoy your day.The rest of us are on the way.

Before I forget, thank you to EVERYBODY who has done so much for the group! I lurked forever before coming out the woodwork the past month and am in awe of all the work and organization that goes into group coordination.

Lynn, I was about the DH packing comment. He's still doing laundry, but he actually appears to be packing himself!!!! I'm a little concerned at how little he's bringing, but I suppose doing a load of laundry or two on board is worth not having to deal with organizing him.

I SO didn't want to get out of bed this morning. Spent too long last night trying to find books to download to my kindle. My goal is to get out of the office by two, which is going to be a trick. I did a lot of the 'briefing' stuff with staff, paid bills, etc yesterday.... but now I have real work to do.

Oh well, at the end of the day.... vacation starts so who cares.

(And we can all sing our off key vacation song, "We're on vacccaaaaation, we're in the caaa-ar, we're on vaaaccccaaaation, that's where we aaaarrrrrreeee" as we drive to the airport hotel tonight. We are SUCH dorks. )

If I don't get back today, I can't wait to meet everyone TOMORROW!!!!!

Great job people- making it to thread 5!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to everyone for making this site one of the best.

We are ready to go except last night my washer hose cut loose and I had water all over my floor. Soaked it up with towels- which I can't wash now- have a plummer coming this afternoon- did not need this to happen now, but better while I was home than on the ship.

I hope I don't have a problem tomorrow having the porter take the suitcases plus the three boxes of FE and other Disney stuff. If not you will see one husband walking around trying to lug three boxes, a computer and a carry on. I am so glad we did not have to fly down.

Ok really today I will pack!
Received some news in the past 24 hours, our TA was able to work some Magic and get our seats all together on our flight down to Orlando, before we were all over the place.
The big news is that my DH who is not going with us on this trip might need to be in London and Italy for work in the next two weeks. If so he will try to fly and meet us in Barcelona. I didn't tell my DS, if it hapens it will be a great surprise.

We were almost under limit yesterday & had to scramble at the last minute to avoid $90 fee...yuk.

For anyone using a luggage scale, hope yours is more accurate than ours -- we were coming in 4 lbs heavier on everything!!

Got up before 6:30am to check-in at USAirways. What a bummer----can't check-in on-line because we are part of a "group". Will have to do it tomorrow at the airport. I went back to bed.
