Applying With WDW

So, I'm reaching the point where Washington DC is slowly, inexorably, driving me to madness and we're looking to make a change.

Amongst the things (the thing currently leading the list actually) is moving to the Orlando area and working for WDW Security.

I'm prior military security (Air Force Security Forces) and currently work for the Smithsonian Institution in their security unit.

Is there anything I should know going into Disney's application process or does anyone have any tips?

My husband is looking at applying with WDW too....how often do they hire new Photopass photographers?

So I've heard

I'm applying with security and my husband is hoping to grab something in photopass.

(In all honesty, after 8 years with Smithsonian, I'd just like to work for someone who takes security seriously.)
