Whoops! It's a good thing my mom happened to be exploring my university's website! Apparently, I have until the first day of classes to send in an application for senior status and graduation in the spring. The form is all filled out and ready to be mailed, just in the nick of time. Classes start a week from Wednesday- I'm about to officially be a senior!

I finally called my roommate...but she wasn't home. She was at a football game. I'm waiting for her to call me back.

;) Glad you found out. I am terrible at waiting to the last moment to turn in important paperwork and get things taken care of. I just yesterday finished filling out some certification and verification of aid forms, and my classes start on the 19th. I have 1 more semester before I will be a senior. Yeah!!! I will hopefully graduate December of 2003!!! Are you a theater major? I noticed in an earlier post that you said you wanted to be a face character at Disney once you have graduate, is that correct?

Yes, I'm a theatre major. :) and I would love to be a face character. I'm heading back to WDW after I graduate to start an entertainment career.

we had to apply for graduation by february 1, or something like that. it wasn't advertised and i found out a week before the deadline. i almost missed it too!

congrats on senior standing.

Good thing you're mom was on the ball. I remember not finding out till the last minute for mine... just happened to be passing by the adminstrator's office and saw the sign on the door. Shessh, I hate to imagine what would have happened if I wasn't passing by at that time.

I was pretty close to missing my deadline too! Mostly because I was graduating in December and I had to have my application in by springtime and they didn't quite advertise to those of us not graduating in the summer when it was due. It's a great feeling though to apply isn't it??

Oh good luck with the roommate thing Angie. I hope she calls back soon!
