Applying credit to a new Southwest Ressie

Hello Everyone!

I will be using Southwest Airlines once again. I have a credit from my last time. Please tell me .... How do I apply the credit ?

When you get to the payment page, there is a place to Apply Ticketless Travel Funds. You enter the conf. #, a passenger name from that conf. (not sure if it has to be the 1st person or any name.)

It will apply your old credits. Keep in mind, SWA changed their system. Now when you get credits, it's listed separately for each passenger so if there were 4 on that reservation, you will have 4 little sub-credits all under that conf. #. You can only apply either: 1) 4 sub credits that cover the entire cost or 2) 3 sub credits and a credit card # for the balance.

They've really made it a PITA to use credits. I often have to put the 4 of us on sep ressies to use up all of our credits.
