Applyin for college program from canada?

I just recently took my first trip to disneyworld and have been to land 4 times! I noticed all the different college students and was then thinking I would love to do this as well.. Only problem is I'm from Canada. I was looking into how you apply and it didn't make it very clear. Do you have to be enrolled in college right now or can you be a graduate?
Also if anyone from Canada has applied I'd love some insight. Thanks so much

You can apply to be part of the Cultural Rep program.If you successfully get through the process,you work in the Canadian pavilion at EPCOT for a year.Read about it here
