Applied today - have a ?

I applied today for the culinary college program to do an in person interview in 2 weeks . However, I was always under the assumption that I had to fill out one of those "are you on time - always, sometimes, never" surveys. I didn't have to though. Is this normal?

that is the web based interview and they do not do it for culinary positions.

evidently, they only do this for positions that have direct face to face contact with guests.
