I applied 5 months ago, today, so I saw the applications for the fall semester were up so I just went through it all and it let me apply again even though it hasn't been a full 6 months since when I was last denied... Will I just get an email that says it hasn't been a full 6 months yet? Or will they just not let me take the web based interview until the 6 months is up next month?

As long as you passed the WBI the first time it doesn't matter. If you FAILED the WBI the first time then you have to wait 6 months.
