Apple stroller rentals update

Hi,
I am wondering if anyone has used apple stroller rentals. Their price ($5 a day) cannot be beat, but I came acroos a thread about a year ago that people were not very happy with them.
I was wondering if anyone has recent experience with them,
I am going for 10 days in april/may with a 4 yo and rather not take my own
but the price of the other companies just seems too high

Bump. I'm curious, too. Looks like they are now quoting $7 per day, but still, cheap!

I used them on our last trip and they were wonderful. The stroller was brand new and waiting for us at check in. We pulled the plastic off! No issues at all for us.

We used them in May 2013 and had no issues. We plan on using them again in May 2015

We used them in May of 2014. The stroller (double Citi-mini), was on the more worn side, but it worked well and the price was right! We will use them again.

Can I get more info on the stroller rental? How do I reserve one?

We used them in Sept 2013 and Dec 2014 with no issues. They were great and I love the stroller!

I reserved it through their website but had to call b/c we were changing resorts after a couple of nights. They just updated the pick-up location. Very easy to deal with!

We used them last January, and they were great to work with! Our flight home was cancelled at the last minute, and they had no problem letting me extend our rental at the last minute.

I just called to rent a stroller and the guy who answered the phone told me that they did not provide (even for a fee) the rain cover or parent console. Anyone know if this is correct?

We used them in October and we had no problems at all. They do not have rain covers or consoles to rent. It was the only downside. But considering the price, we didn't really mind it.

We had a free rain cover with ours, but we honestly couldn't figure out how it was suppose to go on.
