Apple Scooter was great

I highly recommend this company. We rented a scooter from 11/6-11/13.
They dropped it off at Windsor Hills and picked it up- no extra charge.
They didn't ask for credit card info or money until they dropped it off at the house.
The scooter worked great all week and was very easy to handle.
The price was well below some other local scooter companies.
I'll definitely rent from them in the future!

How easy (or difficult) was it to lift the scooter in and out of a vehicle? Both of my parents need a scooter for their upcoming trip to WDW and they're worried about whether or not they can get the two scooters out of their minivan. Your impressions?

I recently rented 2 go-go elite traveller plus scooters, they break down in about 15 seconds and fit in the trunk of a compact car (except the seats). We did not have a good experience with Apple Scooter.

they were an hour late delivering our scooters, not a terrible thing, but when you have others waiting its just not a way to start a happy time. we only had 6 hours that day and we lost one of them.

Did you order them in advance?

All of the times I have ordered from them, they were delivered the day before at the resort and were there when we arrived.

Sorry you had a bad experience! I have heard great things about them and had a great experience, too.

we ordered them the day before, we were told they would have them there by 8am. we are going to spend 4 days next week at disney and i'm going to check with other companies. i'll keep you posted!

It was too heavy for me to lift alone, but dh and our friend lifted it out together very easily. I think dh could have lifted it in and out alone if he had to.
I think it may be easier going into a minivan.
We had a Premium car and the three pieces just fit in the trunk. Not sure how it would have fit in a smaller trunk!

Apple was great. I asked for 5pm drop off and they were there before we were. They waited until we got there.
The scooter worked great all week, no problem.

they were great for us. The scooters were there waiting when we arrived at Bonnet Creek, and we left them there for pick up the day we left.
My husband had to break down two scooters each trip, and he had little to no problems doing that, and we only have a midsize car.
I highly reccomend Apple, and will use them again in the future!
Oh, and the prices cant be beat, and the staff was very friendly.
