Apple Scooter Part 2

Some of you might remember my Apple Scooter disaster in Nov 2012. 2 Broken Scooters, late delivery and to the wrong resort, etc, etc. You might also remember the resolve was they would comp us some when we return in March.

Well, DH called yesterday and spoke with Jose as we were instructed to do back in Nov. Since we missed most of MNSSHP because of their broken brand new scooter he comped us 3 days worth so we only have to pay for 4 days of a 7 day rental. Here's hoping for no other problems this time.

At least they made good on their promise to comp us and remembered our situation. I'll give them that to start.

We've used Apple twice to get an ECV for my mom and had excellent service both times. We'll be using them again in May.
