Apple or Scooterbug

i know this has been discussed a few times, but I need to go with a provider who is allowed to drop off at bell services for my scooter. I used Apple in 2010 and we did have an issue one day and they met us at the park and gave me a new scooter - they were responsive so no complaints. I even extended an extra day and they didnt charge more. But since then I have heard some negatve comments about Apple.

I am looking at Scooterbug too - can you share experiences with either or both companies?

I just used Apple on my most recent trip and had no problems with them at all. I haven't used Scooterbug.

Had a horrible experience with Apple back in September, nearly ruined our vacation and went with a different rental company in the middle of our vacation. I'd stay away from Apple.
