A few years ago, when it was the latest craze to lose weight, I drank a tablespoon daily. Never seemed to make much difference
I do love vinegar, especially apple cider vinegar so now I use 2 tablespoons daily on my salad as salad dressing. I have no idea if it helps anything, I just know I get a tasty salad with no added sugars(which I am trying to avoid)
