I am bummed that Parrot Cay doesn't have the Coconut Prawns anymore! I had seen them on an old menu and was really looking forward to trying them on our May 1 2004 Eastern. Anyone have the NEW Parrot Cay menu?? And has Lumiere's or Animator's had any recent menu changes??
