Appetizers for 2 question

We are on the deluxe dining plan and I was wondering if you can do the appetizers for 2 on the plan? Of course DH & I would be expecting to use our appetizers for it. Do they allow that?

Last August we were on the DxDP. Some places allowed us to order an appetizer for 2, PLUS another app. Things could've changed or it could depend on the restaurant. I'm sure someone will correct me (quickly) if I am wrong.

At GFC we ordered 3 sampler desserts for 2, using 6 dessert credits.

Exactly, it depends on the place. At the very least, you'll always be able to use both apps to get one app for two. Some places will allow you to use one person's app to get that app for two, so you could get another one if you wanted!

Either you can ask, or the waiter will often tell you in advance once they know you're on the DxDP. At almost all places, they ask what plan you're on, ask to see the card as if they don't believe you, go through what's included, etc.

Very similar question to the OP - but with a twist. I'm a single parent - so only 1 adult on the DXDP. Will I be able to order appetizers made for 2 or at restaurants the typically use both adult credits, will they tell me that is not available?
