This may be a dumb question but I need to know.
The plan calls for one appetizer per person but can a salad or a bowl of soup be considered an appetizer or does it strictly have to come from the appetizer section of the menu.
My main concern is the Cobb salad at Brown Derby and the fact that my wife may want a salad instead of an appetizer at some places.
