Appetizer/Lunch for Dinner at TS?

I've been looking over the dining menus at allears and was wondering if you can order from the lunch menu at dinner time. Because sometimes they have sandwiches and salads that look good for lunch but don't seem to be offered for dinner.

Also for the free DDP, I know you don't get an appetizer, but can you order an appetizer as your meal? Or you have to order from the main course part of the menu?
