Appetizer & Dessert Samplers

What restaurants TS & CS have appetizer samplers, dessert samplers, and / or cheese plates available. I know some places like Jiko have them available but don't list them on the menu. Also, what's included with them?

i had the cheese plate sampler at le cellier (it is on the menu) and it was three small servings of cheese (a hard, a soft/sweet, and another that i do not recall) and each was individually garnished w/something to eat with it... each sample was only a bite or two... it was good, but the sweet was too sweet for an appy, and thought the plate would have been a better choice for dessert...
