Appears Blackout periods lifted!!!

I just called after seeing the post listing the free dining extension dates which included a blackout for 12/3 - 12/9. We arrive 12/5. They told me the blackout had been lifted, and we just saved $503!!! Pretty happy since we had just recently changed our ressie from 11/28 (which would have qualified) to 12/5, which would not if they still had the blackout. Yippee!!!!!

ETA: maybe they're working on it right now, because the website is wacko right now...I tried to log in to see my dining reservations and it asks for me to add my passholder info. But I'm already logged in...It says "Welcome, Cathy" in the corner and everything. And when I check my profile it has my passholder info anyway.

Were you told that you had a PIN code, or did they say that they were lifted for everyone?

I just called to check on this. We arrive November 6-13 and ours is still blacked out.. You guys think there is any chance it will be lifted?

I called and our time frame was not lifted either. We go 11/24-12/1. I can't get the free dining for 11/27-12/1 unless I make 2 separate ressies which would be $1000 MORE WITH free dining then what we are paying now.

This morning I got a PIN for FD during that period, with only Thanksgiving week blacked out. The usual, QS for values, which is where we are staying and what we wanted anyway.

We just got a pin code yesterday for Free Dining for 12/5 - 12/10 and had it applied to our ressie.

Both our Oct 9th-17th and Dec 4th-12th dates are still blacked out.

Called two nights ago to check on any PIN codes. Was able to get free dining for Nov 11-15!! I would have thought that would remain a blackout due to Veteren's Day - but didn't argue with the CM!
