Apparently Tuesdays kill me too

I posted a thread Monday about how poorly I do on weekends. Well, I really blew it yesterday. And I'm not really sure why. I just kept picking and picking. That turned into a full blown binge.

I feel like I'm back on track, but first I have to face weigh in at tonight's WW meeting. I'm really hoping to just maintain.
