Apparently this Adele person is VERY popular

There's an Adele concert tonight (and I think tomorrow) at a theatre around the corner from our apartment, and tickets are on StubHub for -- get this -- $500 to $2000 PER ticket. I might have to download some of her music and see what all the fuss is about.

Oh she's AMAZING!!! It really should be illegal for one person to have all that talent. I would gladly pay $200 to see her.

Download Pandora (if you don't already have it) and get an Adele channel. Prepare to be amazed.

Love 21! Think it is better than 19, but like them both. She just sings so effortless. Not a forced auto tune shouty singer and I love it!

She is absolutely amazing. I had no idea until a few weeks ago that she sang Chasing Pavements. She is absolutely brilliant and like other musicians, she sings of personal experiences. There is a YouTube video of her performing Someone Like You that she got so emotional that she had to turn away from the audience.

"Someone Like You" gets me everytime !!!! The raw emotion in her voice always makes me choke up , no matter how many times I hear the song.

I don't listen to pop music because, to me, it sounds too cookie cutter as Kevin said. One of my friends asked me to watch "Someone Like You" on youtube and I was hooked! Beautiful woman and beautiful voice!
