App not working for ADR

I am trying to make a ADR for a little over five months away, and I cannot advance the dates in the app past december they are greyed out and won't work. On the computer or tablet through the browser however work fine. Is it just my app? Iphone btw. Thanks!

Change the year first. January of 2014 is grayed out, but January of 2015 will be available.
