I recently upgraded my phone from a Samsung galaxy 3 to a 4. Since the upgrade the app hasn't worked right. I have to sign in each and every time I open it. Something I never had to do on my 3. And after opening it before putting in any info it'll say 1 out of 5 login fails then goes to a white screen. I then have to close the app and reopen it for it to let me login. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't help any. I'm tired of fighting with the app and on the verge of removing for good.

I'm thinking this is a problem with the version of the app. I have the exact same issues on my S3. The app on my Apple products works fine, but I hate the app on my Galaxy. Hope they fix it soon!

That would explain why it worked on my previous Galaxy. They must have done an update or something for it to have worked great then switching phones and having to download the new version. Because it should be the same app throughout the entire Play store so the device change shouldn't have mattered in this case. But I agree still works great on my ipad.
