APH rate with Amex FHR Portfolio Bay

Does anyone know if it's possible to use APH rates and also Amex FHR benefits for Portfolio bay?

No - you have to book through the Amex Travel portal.

I did read in an older post that someone was able to get the FHR benefits added to their APH stay. I tried it myself and was told a definite "no". Had to book FHR directly from Amex, which is unfortunately at the full rate...
