I've tried to login to my APH account for almost a week with no luck. I'm trying to find out when they expire. Anyone else having problems?

Can't login today. I am usually able to login but it doesn't tell me my expiration like it used to.

Hi, all!
Same problem here ... Was trying to find the expiration date on my DS11's PAP 'cause I was afraid I had missed it.
No luck logging on - I tried with every PAP in our family (all 5) and the page just resets after about 5 minutes.
Someone had mentioned in a previous thread that there is some kind of goofup in the system if your PAP is the "old" red kind?
I don't know, but I'm glad I called (only waited about a minute)!
My son's PAP had expired more than 30 days ago and I was afraid I would have to buy him a new one at the full price, but the Passholder Hotline rep said that you can renew after 30 days, but that they don't usually let people know that.
My son has a class trip coming up on April 27th and I didn't buy him a ticket from the school, so I'm glad I was able to get the renewal price.
If I had ended up having to buy a new one at full price, though, it would have been my fault.
I've since taken my label maker and printed a tiny label with the expiration date and stuck it to the front of the PAP, right next to the picture, so I won't forget the expiration date ever again!
Just go ahead and make that call - Took me much less time than the dozens of tries to log on the website.

I tried it yesterday for the first time and also had no luck. I was actually going to post on the board today about it to see if maybe I was entering the numbers wrong or something.

Me toooooo I thought it was just my computer. I kept trying yesterday & it would just take me back to the same site where I logged in at... it was as if I didn't put my number in at all

I just try it and it works. They must be working on it because I notice some new stuff under the News & Events section.
