So, we will be at UOR at the end of June. I know the free FreeStyle Cup offer is going on until the first week in July. I am confused on one point of the offer and am wondering if anyone here knows the definitive answer. The website has this line in the terms of the offer: "Order an entrée using the Official Universal Orlando Resort app and receive a free Coca-Cola Freestyle® souvenir cup with a one day refill" and some language about it only being good for that day.

Does that mean you get a full day's worth of refills, for that day. Or does it mean you get one, singular, refill for that cup...and that refill has to be on that day?

I believe it is free cup and refills on the day you use the app to order your food

Yes it is a cup and free refills for the day you purchase an entree. And it’s per pass holder. There are four of us that are pass holders, all tied to my app. I ordered four entrees and got four free cups (with unlimited refills for those four cups for that day!)

Has anybody done this yet? Curious as to how the process works- I believe I read somewhere about a receipt that you would then show to get the cup? And it is one per passholder, so our family of 5 could each get a cup if we each do mobile order of entree? Wondering which restaurants qualify for this, if it is has to be in the park or if it can be at City Walk.

Wow thanks we posted at the same time LOL! So how did the process work for you? Did you get a receipt and where did you get your food?

No problem-I ordered on my app four entrees. Like I said though, all four annual passes are tied to my app (not sure if that matters? We are new to Universal and Annual passes there!). After I added the four entrees to my cart, I added four of the fountain drink cups (they are on the menu-be sure to add the cup that specifies is for Annual Pass holders). They showed up as $0.00 in my cart. Then, I hit submit and went to the restaurant and hit 'process my order' after I was seated. We ordered from a quick serve that did not have the freestyle machine but she brought the cups and asked if we wanted one of the five fountain drinks they did have. She filled our cups for us and then we ate and took our cups with us and refilled throughout the day at the freestyle machines. No receipt needed because they activate the cup for the day! We did not use at City Walk as I think they are just for use in the parks until the park closes (at 6:00 PM now) but not sure about City Walk now that I think about it! Let me know if you have any other questions! I was wondering how the process worked too!

We did this - 3 of us have APs but we did one mobile order to get the cup - I forgot about the “entree” requirement when we ordered an apple pie from Mels Diner (which was delicious BTW)- but they gave us the cup anyway! Not sure if it’s because right now attendance is so low or what- we only ordered the pie and one cup. Didn’t do the pie til like 3 o’clock and still managed 4 refills (it’s HOT with the mask and the lemonade was quickly drank!)

Thank you so much! That really helps. We will have 5 of us (2 adults and 3 teenagers) when we go, so your shared experience is great information! Did you have to show your AP's when you picked up the cups? Which quick serve reasturant did you choose? We are newer to Universal too and do a lot of eating at City Walk, though for this we will get to try a quick serve restaurant in the parks.

Yes I can imagine the masks will add to the amount of drinks that we will consume! Having been there before in July heat we can certainly go through some refills in a day. Thanks for sharing details of your experience! That helps me so much in planning. Did you have to show your AP when you picked up your order? Just wondering how the system processes that we are eligible for this cool benefit.
