Can someone give a run-down of the perks of the preferred annual pass (is that the middle one)? I am considering purchasing an annual pass so that I can get the APH rate at the hotels. I am trying to compare it to the package we have booked. What discounts do you get? I saw 10% off dining. However, my question is is that at every single place to eat both in the parks, at hotels and city walk or are there only specific places that give the discount? We would have our car, but parking is not free at the hotels, so that doesn't help. Are there any other perks that you can think of? We live over 14 hours away, so we won't be able to just go there on a whim, so the discount on tickets for HHN, etc. doesn't work for us. I may be back in November, so I may actaully be able to use it again, but that is not for sure either. I am just trying to compare prices to see what our best option. If only RPH AP rates would be released, it would make it a simple decision!!

Thanks!!

The biggest perk is the reduced rates on the hotels. Check old date and rate threads to see what rates you might get.

The biggest perk for us is getting to go many times per year.:thumbsup2

The hotel discount is good when available.

I am planning on getting an AP for our June trip. Here is how I figured that it would be worth it:

The cost of an AP is only $100 more than a 4 day park-to park ticket. We are staying 3 nights at HRH, and we are saving about $50/night with the AP rate as compared to AAA. So right there, the AP more than pays for itself. We will buy 4 day tickets for my husband and 3 teenage daughters at the gate, and save 15% on each ticket) gate price is $20 more per ticket than buying them on-line, but we still save about $20 total by doing it this way).

After that I figure any savings at restaurants/shops is bonus.

Getting so excited!:cool1:
