APH at Check-in?

I think I've read here that as long as you show your annual pass prior to departure, you can get the APH rate at one of the on site hotels? The Loew's website says you must present it at check-in. Anyone have recent experience?

I bought mine online, and when I checked in at RPH, I just showed them my receipt that I had and I said I would activate it soon. Wanted to check in first. They never asked to see my AP and charged me the AP rate.

So, as long as you show sometime between check in and out, you are good to go.

they still ask to see my AP when i check in.



if you bought the ap and have the voucher, they will tell you to show the ap once you get it.

just do that before check out day and you should be fine.

We only have the power pass and we are upgrading one of ours to preferred in order to take advantage of the hotel discounts. It would be silly not to! When I called to make the reservations they said as long as we show it before check out we're good to go. We wont be checking in until 10 pm, so I really hope it works!

You do not need the AP in hand in order to book the APH rate. Just use APH on the site and you will see any AP rates they might have at that given time for the dates you're looking at.

I like this site specifically because you can see all hotels at once.


The hotel employees will tell you when you need to show them your AP. They understand that people don't always have it in hand when checking in.
