... (I actually don't even know what/where the Lilo and Stitch lots were)...

The lots where you enter for DTD off Magic Way (at the signal for Downtown Dr.) are Lilo on the west (between Magic Way and the DLH/Ride Share lot) and Stitch on the east (between Magic Way and the Rainforest Cafe building).
