My front porch; my hammock swing under our magnolia tree; and in my mind, sitting on my grandparent's porch on their glider swing, listening to cicadas and resting my head on my grandpa's shoulder.

Probably the basement, where I can put up the long table and do a jigsaw puzzle or a craft and nobody will bother me. Our basement is carpeted and finished and is very cozy and warm. I like to put the radio on and lose myself in whatever I'm doing.

Emotional safe space is my family.

Honorary mention to staying on Disney property, although in recent years Disney has shown it is less friendly to guests than they have been in the past with all the upcharges on the bill. (Removing overnight parking was a start in the right direction, don't stop there Disney!)

My favorite place is my comfy leather recliner chair that’s right next to my fireplace in my family room. It’s so cozy, especially when there’s a fire going.
