Apart from ESTAs, what else do we need?

We haven't travelled to the US since we had the old paper forms to complete!

We have our ESTAs, but what else do we need to do beforehand? Are customs forms done electronically now? Is there anything else?

When we went - all the forms are available to download and fill in on the virgin portal at various time frames prior to your flight. You do need to upload proof of your 1st and 2nd vaccine - you dont need booster proof. We didnt actually print anything off and did the whole process including getting our boarding pass through the virgin app. Was a lot easier.

We are flying BA but hopefully similar?

BA will send you a link a few days before you fly to upload your COVID pass (it is quicker if you scan the QR code than upload a PDF) and complete the attestation form. Once it its verified you can then complete online check in. It's worth keeping an eye in Manage My Booking as you can also get the link in there and it may appear before they send the email.
