I am an American too---Since I have never had a sip of coffee in my life, I sometimes like to dunk things in my tea, or cocoaI'm American and I've never heard of anyone here dunking anything in their tea. Coffee, yes. Tea, no. I drink lots of tea but only iced tea, half green/half oolong, then prepared with sugar and lemon juice and lots of ice. I can't imagine anything that would taste good dunked in sweet tea.
Biscuits (UK) = are what we call cookies in the US (generally)Nothing. I’m not a dunker. I mostly drink coffee, just occasionally tea.
Ive often wondered, what we Americans call cookies the English call them biscuits. So then, what we call biscuits ( as in biscuits and gravy, buttermilk biscuits, etc.) what do the English call those?![]()
Dunking in cocoa is yummy, chocolate makes everything better! I don't like coffee but I forced myself to drink it back when I worked overnight shift at the hospital because I needed something to stay awake and we only had a coffee machine on the floor, I couldn't pack enough tea to last me through a 12 hour shift! Coffee and Oreo cookies go well together.I am an American too---Since I have never had a sip of coffee in my life, I sometimes like to dunk things in my tea, or cocoa
You mean moist?I don’t like my cookies, cakes, etc. to be wet, so I don’t dunk any food in any beverage. None of my friends and family circle do either, with the exception of the couple people who like biscotti and dunk it in their coffee.
Nah, when you dunk, it goes far beyond moist . . .You mean moist?![]()
I'm a non dunker, too.
