So I have been reading so many posts about issues with AP's and having the voucher shipped to you vs will call . I actually did will call for all 5 of my AP's. Three were DVC and 2 were reg AP's. Has anyone had success with the will call and scheduling FP plus? There was a post where the FP disappeared on mde . Thanks so much

Yes, we picked up up our annual passes on our first day at wdw last year and had no problem scheduling our fast passes.

We just order ours.
I choose to have them shipped to me. (No extra costs) We wanted to have vouchers
I like having something in my hand.

FYI:
I was told will call are only good for 2 years. And voucher are good until redeemed.
This was the main reason we went with having them shipped.

I've always used will call. You are given a will call certificate via email that you print out to bring with you. I also save it so I can print again if I need too. I used this method last year and had no problem booking FP for our October 2014 trip. The will call certificate has all the info you need.

We used Will Call this past trip and picked up our DVC AP's at Guest Relations at DTD. No problem. We had also made our FP+ prior to arrival with no problems.

We purchased will call vouchers for our DVC AP's 61 days before our 11/29/14 arrival. Had no problems linking to DME for both DH and myself. We made FP+ at the 60 day mark and all through our vacation without any problems. We often would move FP+ around during the day at the park to fit our arrival and our finalized dining plans.

We prefer to have physical media in our possession.

No IT system is 100% immune from hackers, failures, or errors. Think what a mess one major outage could cause. I say major because Disney has minor outages more often then you would think.

We had 3 DVC APs via will call which we activated in January. We activated the first 2 at MK late evening of arrival day which was really quick. The second we activated at Epcot late morning and there was quite a line to get to the window to activate that one, once we got through the line actual activation was quick.
We made our 60 day FP+ w/out issue.
I was a tad stressed about only having a number and was relieved to finally get my actual AP card - even tho' I never needed it and just used bands.
