AP ~ will call?

i ordered our DVC AP's with "will call".
we planned on picking up upon BW check-in ~ will we get activated AP's or vouchers then?
we don't plan on using them immediately (might not use them at all this trip...long story ), so i was hoping to get the vouchers. (fyi, i asked WDW ticketing, & the CM said she "thought" we would get vouchers).

According to our online confirmation sheets, the APs can only be picked up at MGM, AK or TTC ticket sales locations.

If you ordered online, you'll have an email with the confirmation, or a link to go to print the confirmation. Bring the confirmation sheet(s) to one of the locations listed above to get the AP(s). Sorry, I don't know how phone sales are handled.

Any time we have used will call, the confirmation served as our "voucher" and the tickets were the real thing.

The only thing I will add is that we have picked up will call at Guest Relations at Downtown Disney and Magic Kingdom (since a resort bus does not stop at TTC). We were never able to get "will call" at the resorts in the past.

When you pick up your tickets with will call, they will be your actual tickets and will have that date on them. Since you're at the BW, you can do this at guest relations at the international gateway turnstile. You can not get a voucher when you turn in your willcall. So if you don't plan to activate your tickets, don't turnin your willcall certificate. With this in mind, if you ever do willcall for regular tickets or event tickets (MNSSHP or MVMCP) you can pick up will call for those tickets at your resort at the guest/ticket counter. I know it doesn't say that on the paper, but I've done it several times a year, recently last month at OKW I did a will call for 10 day hopper tickets and got them at OKW. I've also picked up my will call MNSSHP tickets several times at the resort I was staying at. Only AP tickets have to be at a guest relations window. All four parks have a guest relations counters both inside the park and outside the park, plus international gateway and DTD. So there are 10 places you can pick up your APs. (Of course if you need your ticket to get into the park, you can't use the inside ones. I use the inside ones for my renewals, I don't like talking through the glass at most of the oustide ones.)

Just repeating and confirming - when you go to Guest Relations with your will call confirmation, you get an actual pass. Your year of admission starts on that day.

soooo, looks like i'm going to have to try to get the vouchers sent instead ~ hopefully, it's possible to change it.
also, any idea how long it takes for the passes to arrive in the mail?

The last two AP vouchers I purchased each took about a week to arrive.
