I was not sure where to put this. I just purchased a new computer and it has Windows Vista. Now I can not get signed into the passholders portal on the Disney website. I changed all my security setting's to mirror my older computer, but I still cannot log in. Has anyone else had this problem? If so and you were able to fix it how did you do it? Thanks so much. I called Disney's tech support and they said the website was not compatible with Vista. Has anyone else heard this?

Disney's Tech support apparently has no idea what they're talking about. I have Vista and just logged on w/o any problems.

What browser are you using? I don't have any trouble with Vista, but when windows update installed IE8, I couldn't get into a lot of websites. I dumped it and went back to IE7. If you have a different browser you could try that. I also have Firefox.

I have IE8 so I will try to find and download IE7. I also have firefox 3.5.1 and Disney's tech people told me they don't support that one either. Thanks for the replies I am going to go look for IE7.

I was unable to download IE7. A box came up and stated that it was not supported by my operating system. How were you able to get IE7? Also what version of firefox are you running?

IE7 came on my computer. IE8 is new so I could dump it and stay with IE7. It will not let you go to an older version unless it was already installed on your computer. I don't have any trouble with Firefox either, but sorry I don't know what version I have. I don't use it that much and if your computer is new, I'm sure you have a later version. Did you try to get on in Firefox? If that doesn't work, it must be some setting in your computer. Do you have it set to accept cookies? You may have to lower that setting.

I have Vista and have no problems logging into the AP site with Firefox. You might also want to try Safari as an alternative to IE.
