I ordered my AP's on Sunday and they arrived today yipee

I am having a few problems logging onto the Passholder section of the Disney website - keeps saying I have entered an invalid id! I am a bit confused what to put in the end box though!! The first few boxes are ok but then there's 2 letters followed by a : then spaces and numbers - is this what I should enter if that makes sense!!

Can anyone help? :teeth:

I think you can only enter the website if you have a current AP which is activated and as you have only a voucher it will not accept it.

Claire ;)

We got on with our vouchers just select the one that is closest to the one you have.

Then try the last 2 digits of your TR# if that doesn't work try the last 3 digits of the TR#

Also don't try to save at the bottom it doesn't seem to like that either.

Last thing to try is if you bought multible ticket then try the last 2 or 3 digits of each voucher but keep the name as the purchasers that the tickets came in.

It's a very finicky site, one day you can log on with no problem and the next it won''t let you... Try try again is my advice

I just did a search to see what was going on. I've been kinda freaking out. I have APs and havne't had a problem before. Tonight it's telling me that all my APs have invalid numbers and they don't expire until next September.
