Just found this board and it looks the perfect spot to ask some questions :)

I can't decide between the AP vs PAP.

We have had an AP for a few years now, and I'm thinking this might be the year to do the water parks and Disney Quest.

My question for people that have bought the PAP-do you feel you get your moneys worth?

I know in the end it is just a math question, but I'm just wondering how you all felt :)

Thanks,
Jen

OK, i don't have PAPs, just APs, but to keep you hovering around the top of the boards so as to get more responces and to throw in my two cents.....

I agree that it all comes down to a matter of math.

For us personally, the difference between what we would pay for the PAPs and what we would pay for the APs plus the AP rate for the few waterpark admissions that we would want in a year just did not add up. The AP/AP rate admission was the least expensive option for us and still left us feeling like we got all we wanted to do out of it.

Perhaps when DS is older (he is 8 now) he may have more interest in DQ and want to hang out at the waterparks more and a PAP will finacially be worth it. For now, he is just as happy at the parks and resort pool with a day trip each visit to a waterpark.

We only purchased PAP once (Never AP). We went for 14 days and had two teenage DDs. YES, we got our money's worth. Then DH and I went back for Christmas never used the plus options. Spring Break I returned for an all girls trip. Went to 1 water park and PI. For us the longer the stay the more "worth it" it is . We have time to run to a water park in the middle of the day.

Welcome to the DIS ºoº

We origionally started with the AP, then found that we were going to all the places that are covered by the PAP. So we got the PAP, it really depends on what you do while staying at WDW. If you go to the waterparks, PI, and DQ then you should opt for the PAP. We enjoy the PAP for Pleasure Island, my DW and I always try to have our own night out and leave the kids at one of the play clubs, also we take them to the waterparks.

Waterparks 20+ Dollars
Disney Quest 30 Dollars
Pleasure Island 20+ Dollars

If you do each one at least once you have amost made up the difference of the AP and the PAP. Hope this has helped.
