Ap vs PAP Question

Does anyone know if you buy an Annual pass, can you upgrade it to a Premium annual pass a month after you have purchased it??

I believe that you can upgrade at any time just not downgrade.

You can upgrade at anytime, however you pay the full price for the PAP: no discount for not having a full year on it.

Yes you can upgrade, you pay the difference in price between the two. It is not prorated and will still expire at the same date.
