AP vs DVC Discounts

Outside of the parks benefit are the discounts offered to AP holders better then those offered to DVC members?

I was also wondering if AP offered any discounts for the Chrsimtas Holida special events such as Epcot's Candle light Dinner Package or Mickey Christmas Party? ANy others?

AP offers a discount for selected dates only for MVMCP.

Are the select dates for AP Discounts published anywhere for MVMCP? Anything between 12/2-12/9 by any chance?
