AP viewing area for CineSational?

Has anyone used the AP viewing area for CineSational? Im not even sure it is still a thing but we have never seen the show and will be there Wednesday. Is the AP area decent viewing and how early would we need to plan on arriving? Studios closes at 9 that night and IoA at 10-is is remotely possible to get out of the viewing area and to IoA to get a late night ride on Velocicoaster? Im not sure what to expect from summer crowds-thanks!

I haven't used it since one of the first viewings. Not sure if it's still there or not, but the viewing is fine. It's nothing special. It's in that grassy knoll at central park area.

It's the nighttime show at the lagoon in Universal Studios Orlando. There should be some videos online if you're interested.
