AP validation : Can it be done at International Gateway ?

I understand that AP validation can be done at the guest relations desk at each of the parks.

My question is : Is there a guest relations desk at the International Gateway entrance to EPCOT ( near to the Beach Club ) where I can validate my AP ?

Yes, we had our AP's done there last year. Not a problem -- no lines either.
