Hi! I have never bought an Annual Pass, and I had a question. Here's the scenario: We are going to WDW in October, and will be getting two different reservations, as we always do, for two rooms due to the size of our family. We are staying at POFQ, and we always split the rooms this way: 1 Adult (me), and two kids -and- 1 Adult (hubby), and three kids. My question is this: If hubby and I are going back to WDW after our cruise in May, and would like to consider getting an Annual Pass, could we just upgrade he and I once we get to WDW? Or would we have to upgrade the whole family? Basically, will they allow one person in each room to upgrade to an AP? Just curious! Trying to find the best way for us to do this.
I am also a little flustered bc our karate studio is sending us to Miami for specialized instructor training, and I was thinking of driving myself and my daughter, who is going to be a sensei as well. I pondered hitting WDW on the way and maybe on the way back too, and thought about getting an AP for us to use on our next trip. I think it would really mess us up in the longrun though b/c we like to go during free dining due to the amount of people we have to feed on vacation. I don't cook on vacation, so the dining plan is a blessing.
Any thoughts?
